Bryon Kataoka is a Trusted IT Advisor and
a veteran of the software consulting profession having over
25 years in the industry. After years in the financial
industry, Bryon helped mold Commerce Solutions into a Premier
IBM Partner starting in 1997. Constantly on the leading
edge of technology, Bryon authored the WebSphere Application
Server Bible and contributed to a number of books and articles.
Bryon has spoken regularly at user group sessions in
the Bay Area and at IBM's Impact Conferences on best ways
to implement SOA in a cost effective manner.
As a trusted advisor, Bryon recognized the
need to help organizations move towards SOA. In 2007,
he launched the iSOA Group, to guide enterprises into cost-efficient
integration internally and within partner networks (in particular
Healthcare). Bryon continues to advise organizations
on the benefits of SOA integration, use of SOA appliances
(such as DataPower) and best management and technical practices
that promote innovation and revenue producing outcomes. Bryon
is regularly referred by IBM
for his expertise in DataPower and has spoken at three IBM
Impact conferences on DataPower.
In his personal life Bryon lives in Sonoma County, is a home wine maker and amateur golfer.
Leader of Sales and Marketing
Brian Silverman is iSOA Group's Sales & Marketing Leader, helping existing and new customers leverage the unique value of iSOA's offerings, such as DPAdmin and IBM's WebSphere Appliance Solutions. He joins iSOA Group from IBM after a successful career (over 27 years) in sales and marketing. The focus of his career has been to help companies understand the unique business value of IBM's varied solutions and software.
Brian was IBM's Americas Channel Sales Leader for WebSphere Appliances. He led the America's channel sales integration for WebSphere's most recent appliance acquisition of Cast Iron while continuing to lead the growth of WebSphere DataPower Appliance partner business.
As a sales rep and sales leader, Brian has multiple 100 percent clubs, a golden circle and has held software sales leadership positions at the Worldwide and Americas Level.
Brian's extensive marketing experience includes product marketing, partner market planning and market execution. As the business-to-business commerce product marketing manager for WebSphere Commerce, Brian's leadership included a patent for business-to-business order processing.
In his spare time Brian enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family.

Cheryl Bertini has over 18 years experience in corporate environments in various capacities. Coming from an IT background, Cheryl joined Commerce Solutions at its inception in 1997 to manage IT contracts and business partner relationships. Cheryl has worked in numerous capacities at Commerce Solutions/iSOA Group and now is in charge of the daily operations.
Cheryl is an integral part of the organization.
She has responsibility for the daily operations which includes
managing our IBM relationship and our software reseller initiatives.
Cheryl is a certified WebSphere Sales Specialist.
In her personal life Cheryl lives in Sonoma County, is the mother of four children, an accomplished yoga instructor and acts as the Sonoma/Napa County wine tasting guest coordinator for our clients and guests!

Along with Bryon Kataoka, Peter Ling is
the co-founder of Commerce Solutions and iSOA Group. In 1997,
Peter and Bryon addressed a growing need for Object Oriented
Programming and J2EE development and developed Commerce Solutions
into a Premier IBM Business Partner.
Peter's unique specialty is his ability
to recognize, understand and blend his understanding of the
IT services industry with his strategic organization and people
skills to enable companies to succeed. The companies
that Peter has been involved with have been either consistently
high growth (Inc. 500 SIS; SF Business Times
"Hall of Fame"-SSG #2, SIS #12), evolved into public companies
or successfully merged into larger companies. Coupled with
his strong finance and accounting background, Peter
has enabled companies to "go to market" in record time.
In his personal life Peter lives in Marin County with his wife Aiko who is a nationally recognized figurative sculptor. Peter enjoys world travel and karaoke.
